The IC Materials segment produces and sells specialty niche products consisting of dielectrics, underlayers, yield enhancers and pattern enhancers as well as conventional products consisting of IC photoresist, TFRs, EBRs and other ancillary products. The Optronics segment covers flat panel display, LED and solar markets, which are used in a range of electronic devices, such as flat screen televisions, computers, navigation systems and other electronics products. The Printing and Others segment engages in the production and sale of photolithographic chemicals for offset printing plate manufacturers for use in the production of printed material, including newspapers, magazines and books. The company was founded in 1957 and is headquartered in Luxembourg.
