- born 1961, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany, Chairman/CEO of the management board Education Banking apprenticeship, followed by a law degree at Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. Completed a doctorate in 1993 (Dr. jur.) under the chair of Prof. Oppermann. Professional career Dr. Stefan Wolf worked from 1994 to 1997 as a lawyer with German legal firm Thümmel, Schütze & Partner. In 1997 he joined Elring Klinger GmbH in the role of General Counsel. From 1998 to 2000 he was head of Legal Affairs and Personnel for Elring Klinger GmbH. Following the IPO of ElringKlinger AG in the year 2000, Dr. Wolf took on additional management responsibility for Investor Relations and Capital Markets. In 2004 he was appointed General Representative of the Management Board of ElringKlinger AG, in 2005 Management Board Spokesman and in 2006 Chairman of the Board. In this capacity he is responsible for all affiliated entities, the corporate functions of Finance, Controlling, Legal Affairs, Personnel, IT, Investor Relations and Public Relations, as well as the Aftermarket and Industrial Parks divisions.

- born 1959, in Hülben, Germany, Member of the Management Board Education Trained as a state-certified chemical-technical assistant and qualified to study at German universities of applied sciences. Subsequently graduated as Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in general chemistry and plastics at Reutlingen Technical and Commercial University of Applied Sciences. Professional career Karl Schmauder began his career in 1982 as a production engineer with the former Elring. By 1994 he had performed various roles and held positions in the development, production technology, production planning and tool manufacture divisions. From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Schmauder was head of Industrial Engineering. In 1997 he established and managed the Elastomer Technology/Modules division. In addition he assumed responsibility in 2000 for the Cylinder-head Gasket division and Research and Development. From July to December 2002, Mr. Schmauder worked as Managing Director of subsidiary company ElringKlinger Sealing Systems, Inc. in Ontario, Canada. Karl Schmauder was appointed to the Management Board of ElringKlinger AG in 2005 and is currently responsible for Original Equipment Sales and New Business Areas.

- born 1959, in Metzingen, Germany, Member of the Management Board Education Trained as a tool maker before qualifying as a state-certified mechanical engineering technician. Professional career Theo Becker began his career in 1976 with Adlerwerke AG and worked there until the year 1981. He then moved to Schneider GmbH, where he worked as a tool maker until 1982 and as assistant to the works manager until 1983. From 1983 to 1994, Mr. Becker held various positions with Black & Decker. He joined Elring Klinger GmbH shortly after the merger of Elring and Klinger in December 1994. From 1994 to 1998, Mr Becker worked at the Runkel plant as production manager and in 1998 as works manager. From 1998 to 2005 he initially assumed responsibility for running the Shielding Technology division and later added the Specialty Gaskets division to his management portfolio. Theo Becker has been a member of the Management Board of ElringKlinger AG since 2006, where he is responsible for the Cylinder-head Gasket, Corporate Research and Development, Specialty Gaskets, Elastomer Technology/Modules and Shielding Technology divisions as well as the corporate functions of Quality and Environment, Materials Management and the Runkel plant.
