The Insurance Investments segment acquires legacy portfolios and reinsurance debt, and provides long-term risk capital to the Group's Lloyd's syndicates. This segment focuses on the purchase of legacy insurance/reinsurance companies/captives, liquidity management, and Reinsurance to Close. The Insurance Services segment provides insurance related services, including claims management, reinsurance management, broker, audit and inspection, accounting, credit control, coverholder, and broker performance reporting services, as well as exit solutions to internal and external clients in the insurance market. The Captives segment acquires and manages captive operations, as well as provides captive services, which include bundled and unbundled management services, rent-a-captive solutions, and exit solutions. The Underwriting Management segment sponsors, as well as offers management and capital support to Lloyd's syndicates and other underwriting entities. This segment focuses on turnkey management, delegated underwriting facility, and capital support. Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings was founded in 1991 by Alan Kevin Quilter and Kenneth Edward Randall and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
