Powerflute Oyj is a holding company, which engages in the manufacture and sale of paper products. The company also produces a specialised form of semi-chemical fluting made of birch wood to manufacture corrugated boxes which are used for the transportation of fruits and vegetables, electrical appliances and automotive components. It also operates pulp and paper mills. The company was founded on July 20, 2006 and is headquartered in Kuopio, Finland.
