RCM Technologies, Inc. provides business and technology solutions. It also provides specialty healthcare services to major health care institutions and educational facilities. The company consists of three operating segments: Information Technology, Engineering and Specialty Health Care Services. The Information Technology segment provides enterprise business solutions, application services, infrastructure solutions, competitive advantage and productivity solutions, life sciences solutions and other selected vertical market specific offerings. This segment is comprised of two business groups: IT Consulting Business Group and IT Solutions Business Group. The IT Consulting Business Group consists of consists of business units in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico primarily supporting financial, technical, manufacturing, distribution and government applications. The Solutions Business Group consists of six business units: Enterprise Infrastructure Management, Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Supply Chain, Enterprise Project Management, Enterprise HR and Life Science. The Engineering segment provides a full range of engineering services, including engineering and design, engineering analysis, engineer-procure-construct, configuration management, hardware/software validation and verification, quality assurance, technical writing and publications, manufacturing process planning and improvement, reliability centered maintenance, component and equipment testing and risk management engineering. This segment consists of three business units: Engineering Services and Projects, Power Systems Services USA and Power Systems Services Canada. The Engineering Services and Projects unit includes Aerospace, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering divisions. The Power Systems unit focuses primarily on the nuclear power, fossil fuel and electric utility industries. The Specialty Health Care Services segment specializes in long-term and short-term staffing, as well as executive search and placement for the following fields: rehabilitation, nursing, managed care, allied health care, health care management and medical office support. This segment provides services, including in-patient, outpatient, sub-cute and acute care, multilingual speech pathology, rehabilitation, and geriatric, pediatric, and adult day care to hospitals, long-term care facilities, schools, sports medicine facilities and private practices. RCM Technologies was founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Pennsauken, NJ.
