The Eastern Europe segment consists of Russia and the Asian Republics, Poland, Ukraine, Moldova, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, and the Balkans. The International segment includes all other non-European markets. The company was founded by Vittorio Merloni in 1975 and is headquartered in Fabriano, Italy.
