The Products Terminal segment distributes diesel and gasoline in Guandong Province. The Resources segments pursues overseas investment overseas investment opportunities to capitalize on the demand for energy and resources in China. The Others segment includes retail and distribution. The company was founded on October 2, 1987 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
