It holds interest in the region of Iraq, Malta, Tanzania, Pakistan, Mali, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as a producing property in Russia. Heritage was founded by Anthony L. R. Buckingham in 1992 and is headquartered in Jersey, the United Kingdom.
