The Consumer Financing segment operates a consumer financing business through its subsidiaries Metroshop and affiliate Tarshop. Tarshop and Metroshop's operations consist primarily of lending and servicing activities relating to the credit card and personal loan products offered to consumers at shopping centers, hypermarkets and street stores. The Others segment engages in development and sale of residential properties, acquisitions of undeveloped parcels of land for future development and sales from time to time of such undeveloped parcels. Alto Palermo was founded on August 29, 1889 and is headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
