Osisko is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious metal resource properties in Canada. Osisko holds a 100% in the high-grade Windfall Lake gold deposit located between Val-d'Or and Chibougamau in Québec and holds a 100% undivided interest in a large area of claims in the surrounding Urban Barry area (82,400 hectares), a 100% interest in the Marban project located in the heart of Québec's prolific Abitibi gold mining district, and properties in the Larder Lake Mining Division in northeast Ontario, including the Jonpol and Garrcon deposits on the Garrison property, the Buffonta past producing mine and the Gold Pike mine property. The Corporation also holds interests and options in a number of additional properties in northern Ontario. Osisko continues to be well financed and has approximately $50 million in cash and cash equivalents as well as marketable securities of approximately $60 million.


John F. Burzynski, President, CEO & Director
Mr. Burzynski holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in geology from Mount Allison University, and a Master of Science in exploration and mineral economics (MINEX) degree from Queen's University. He is a registered P.Geo. in the province of Québec, and has over 25 years experience as a professional geologist on international mining and development projects. As well as serving as President and Chief Executive officer of Osisko Mining Inc., John has been Senior Vice President, New Business Development and Director of Osisko Gold Royalties since its inception in June 2014. Mr. Burzynski was one of the three original founders of Osisko Exploration/Osisko Mining Corp., and up until 2014 was the Vice President, Business Development. Among other awards, Mr. Burzynski was a co-winner together with Sean Roosen and Robert Wares of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canadas "Prospector of the Year Award" for 2007 and the Northern Miner's "Mining Men of the Year" for 2009. John currently serves as a Director with Osisko Mining Inc., Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd., and Strongbow Exploration Ltd., and is also a founding member of EurAsia Resource Holdings AG, a private resource fund based in Europe.
Jose Vizquerra-Benavides, Executive Vice President of Strategic Development & Director
Mr. Vizquerra has been for over 4 years the President & CEO of Oban Mining Corporation (Combination of Braeval Mining Corporation and Oban Exploration Limited). Mr. Vizquerra previously worked as Head of Business Development for Compania de Minas Buenaventura (BVN:NYSE), prior to which he worked as production and exploration geologist at the Red Lake gold mine. He is currently a board member of Timmins Gold. Mr Vizquerra holds a M.Sc. from Queens University in MINEX, and is a QP (AIPG-11679).
John Hayes, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
A well-recognized and respected figure in the Canadian and international mining industry, Mr. Hayes is a geologist with over 17 years of geological experience ranging from regional surveys to advanced exploration in addition to many years of capital markets experience. Mr. Hayes graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geology (1989) and a Master of Science in Geology (1997). He also holds an MBA from Dalhousie University (2003). He is a member (P. Geo.) of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador. Upon his retirement in April 2014, Mr. Hayes was a Managing Director and mining analyst at BMO Capital Markets, which he joined in 2003. As a mining equity analyst, he covered precious and base metal companies globally from the exploration to production stages. In October 2014, Mr. Hayes founded TerraStrat Consulting Inc., a private firm that provides strategic advisory services to the mining industry. Mr. Hayes currently serves on the advisory board of Aston Bay Holdings Inc. (BAY.V)
Don Njegovan, Vice President, New Business Development
Mr. Njegovan has been the Vice President, New Business Development at Osisko Mining Inc. since February 2016. He was a director of St. Andrew Goldfields until it was acquired by Kirkland Lake Gold in 2016 and is currently on the Board of Directors of Royal Road Minerals.

He was formerly Managing Director of Global Mining at Scotiabank from August 2010 to June 2014. Prior to that, he was an investment banker at Toll Cross Securities Inc. from June 2005 to July 2010. Mr. Njegovan, has over 20 years of experience in the Mining Industry starting work underground in 1989 for Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting Co., Ltd. Mr. Njegovan holds a Bachelor of Science Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba.
Blair Zaritsky, VP Exploration
B.Sc., P.Geo 25 years diverse mining and exploration experience including 16 years for Hunter Dickinson Group. Worked in Canada (BC, YT, NWT, and MB), USA (Alaska and Nevada), Mexico, Uruguay, Brazil, Eritrea, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Sudan, Mozambique and South Africa.
Alix Drapack, VP Environment Services & Sustainable Development
Ms. Drapack is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in managing mining, environmental and transportation projects in Canada and the USA, spanning operations, consulting and corporate office settings. Alix graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering. She also holds an MBA from Arizona State University, is a member (P. Eng.) of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and has her Project Management Professional designation (PMP). From 2011 to 2014, as Director of Sustainable Development for Osisko Mining Corporation, she led the combined federal and provincial environmental assessment process for the Osisko Hammond Reef Project and was responsible for Aboriginal engagement, public consultation and government relations. Previously she developed and implemented the Environmental Management Program for TransLink and has had mining operations experience including working as a Mill Shift foreman for Inco Ltd.
