Its customers include chemical processors, plastics fabricators, construction contractors, municipalities and supply warehouses. The company's products are used by diverse consumer and industrial markets, including flexible and rigid packaging, automotive products, coatings, residential and commercial construction as well as other durable and non-durable goods. Westlake Chemical was founded by T. T. Chao in 1986 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
