Bank of Baroda engages in the provision of commercial banking services. The bank's offerings include deposits, commercial and institutional credit, project finance, treasury, forex, investment and risk management and other related financial services. It operates through four segments: Treasury, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking and Other Banking Operations. The Treasury segment engages in bank's domestic treasury operations and covers activities in various markets, which include foreign exchange, interest rates, fixed income, derivatives, equity and other alternative asset classes. The Corporate/Wholesale Banking segment offers an array of loan products and services, which include term, short-term and demand loans, working capital facilities, trade finance products, bridge, syndicated, infrastructure and foreign currency loans, loan against future rent receivables and many more to its large and mid corporate clients depending upon their needs. The Retail Banking segment products include home, auto, education, traders and mortgage loans. The Other Banking Operations segment includes other banking operations and nonbanking operations. Bank of Baroda was founded by Sayajirao Gaekwad III on July 20, 1908 and is headquartered in Baroda, India.

Shri S.S. Mundra, Chairman and Managing Director
Shri S.S. Mundra assumed the charge as Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Baroda on 21st January, 2013. Prior to his elevation as Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Baroda, he was the Executive Director of Union Bank of India.

Born on 18th July, 1954, Shri Mundra holds a Masters Degree in Commerce and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (CAIIB). Shri Mundra started his career as a Probationary Officer in Bank of Baroda in 1977 and has over three decades of experience in Banking. He has held wide range of responsibilities in Domestic as well as International Operations of the Bank, in various capacities before his elevation as Executive Director of Union Bank of India in 2010. Shri Mundra brings with him diverse experience in Treasury, International Operations and Credit. He has held key leadership positions as Zonal Head of Maharashtra & Goa Zone. He was also the Chief Executive of Bank of Baroda’s UK Operations for a period of 3 years.
Shri P. Srinivas, Executive Director of the Bank
Shri P. Srinivas, started his banking career with Andhra Bank in November, 1978. Having worked in various capacities as Chairman of Rushikulya Gramya Bank, Zonal Manager, Warangal, New Delhi and as General Manager in charge of Department of Information Technology, Operations, Accounts, Credit Card, he has rich experience of over 33 years in Banking. He was also instrumental in the migration of all the branches of Andhra Bank to Core Banking Solution (CBS).

He was born on 10th June, 1956 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with distinction from College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (HR) from IGNOU. He has attended several Management Training Programmes at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore and also at Asian Institute of Management, Manila.
Shri Ranjan Dhawan, Executive Director of the Bank
Mr. Ranjan Dhawan joined as Executive Director of the Bank on 1st November, 2012. He was hitherto the Chief General Manager of Punjab National Bank. His educational accomplishments include MBA (Finance), ACMA (U.K.) and CIA (USA). He brings with him a rich experience of three decades, having had exposure in key areas such as Corporate Credit, International Banking, Credit Card, Merchant Banking, Joint Ventures and Subsidiaries. He was Managing Director of PNB AMC Limited for -4- years. He headed several operational positions in different geographical locations that reinforced his experience in diversified areas. His wide exposure of overseas postings and leadership trainings further consolidated his expertise in Commercial Banking. Under his guidance the Bank will be immensely benefited in taking forward the strategic growth agenda of the Bank.
Shri Bhuwanchandra B. Joshi, Executive Director of the Bank
Shri Bhuwanchandra B. Joshi has been appointed as Executive Director of the Bank on 5th August, 2013. Prior to his appointment as Executive Director of Bank of Baroda, he was General Manager with Bank of India, working as Chief Executive, US Center of the Bank.

Born on 3rd December, 1956, Shri Joshi is a graduate in Commerce with CAIIB. Having joined Bank of India in the year 1977, he brings with him more than three decades of experience in Banking and Finance. During his career spanning over 36 years in Bank of India, he has held several distinguished positions including that as Zonal Head, Ahmedabad and has vast exposure in Credit, SME and International operations.
