Alastair Lukies, CEO & Co-Founder
Alastair has a proven track record of turning visions and concepts into real businesses. He founded Monitise in 2003. Two years later, Monitise was recognised as a ‘Technology Pioneer’ by the World Economic Forum and in June 2007 Alastair led the company’s demerger from Morse and listing on the LSE's AIM market. He was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2011 Growing Business Awards. Prior to conceiving, financing and successfully building Monitise, Alastair was a co-founder of, the portal for Westminster, Whitehall and the devolved institutions
Lee Cameron, Chief Commercial Officer
Lee is Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Monitise. Lee joined Monitise in 2006 as General Counsel with responsibilities spanning legal, HR, business and corporate development. Prior to joining Monitise, Lee was Legal Director at Morse plc, responsible for the legal, compliance and M & A functions. He has extensive international experience gained within the technology and financial services sectors at executive level.
John Brougham, Chief Financial Officer
John joined the executive team at Monitise in April 2010 as Chief Financial Officer after serving as a non-executive director for the company. John brings a wealth of financial experience built through his career with BT, which he joined in 1986. John was Finance Director of BT Transformation, a role which focused on accelerating BT's transformation into a networked IT services company. He also worked for six years as CFO of BT Global Services, which served BT's large corporate customers and ran all the group's activities outside the UK.
Mike Keyworth, Chief Operating Officer
With more than 20 years experience at some of the leading financial institutions in the UK, Mike has earned himself an impressive reputation as an exceptional IT executive. Mike has helped grow companies from the ground up as well as managing significant global change programmes. He joined Monitise in early 2004 as the Delivery Director for our flagship UK launch and was invited to take up the post of Chief Information Officer in October 2005 before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2011.
Frank D’Angelo, Executive Chairman, Monitise Inc.
Frank joined Monitise after holding prominent executive positions at Metavante and FIS, the largest financial services company in the world. While at FIS, Frank was Executive Vice President of Payment Solutions and he served as chairman for the Monitise business in the US. Previously, Frank spent nearly 20 years in senior positions at Diebold, a worldwide leading supplier of ATMs and security systems, and before that he served 10 years at Burroughs (now Unisys) and held roles with IBM.
Tom Spurgeon, Company Secretary
Tom is Company Secretary of Monitise and brings over 15 years of financial management experience, including audit, financial planning and controllership, gained over several industries. A Cambridge graduate and Chartered Accountant, Tom trained with Price Waterhouse. Prior to joining Monitise, Tom spent five years as UK Finance Director of IT services and technology company Morse
