Jürgen Hermann , Chief Executive Officer
Jürgen Hermann (born in 1964) studied Economics at the University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg. After his studies, he continued his leadership career as an officer in the German Army Signal Corps in Germany and the United States. He then served in an executive capacity in the strategy department of Thyssen Telecom AG. Hermann began his career at QSC in 1997 when the company was founded as a privately held consulting firm. As head of the finance department, he has been responsible for helping to shape the entire build-up of the company, from its pre-IPO financing to the initial public offering and right through until today. Following his appointment as QSG AG's Chief Financial Officer effective April 2009, he was appointed the Group's Chief Executive Officer effective May 30, 2013. In addition, he has served simultaneously as the chief executive officer of INFO AG since April 1, 2012.
Barbara Stolz, Chief Financial Officer
Barbara Stolz (born in 1968) joined QSC AG in 2005 as the head of Accounting. Prior to this, she had gathered extensive professional experience at such companies as IVG Immobilien AG and Metro AG. At QSC, she has been involved, among other things, in the acquisition of publicly traded Broadnet and the foundation of Plusnet together with TELE2. In September 2009, she took over the leadership of the entire Finance operation at QSC AG. Following the acquisition of IP Partner AG in late 2010, she was additionally appointed Chief Financial Officer of this subsidiary, playing a vital role in integrating the company into the QSC Group. Stolz has been QSC AG's Chief Financial Officer since June 1, 2013.
Stefan Freyer, Member of the Board
Stefan Freyer (46) had been responsible for Outsourcing, Consulting, Infrastructure and Innovation on the management board of INFO AG since November 2007. Freyer, who holds a post-graduate degree in Information Technology with a concentration on Economics, had previously headed up the Projects and Applications Management operations there. As a member of the QSC AG Management Board, he will be responsible for Operations, ICT Solutions business and IT Consulting, and will drive the integration of IT and TC services at the technology level.
Henning Reinecke, Member of the Board
Henning Reinecke (47) had been on the management board of INFO AG since 2012, where he was responsible for Sales & Marketing. Before that, he had been in charge of Consulting and Outsourcing Sales in North Germany. With his educational background in Economics, he had previously gathered 16 years of both national and international project, sales and leadership experience at international IT services provider CSC. On the QSC AG Management Board, Reinecke will be responsible for Sales & Marketing as well as for developing the company’s ICT portfolio driven by market requirements
