David Hunt, FCA, Board Member
David Hunt, (65), joined the Board in 2006. A Chartered Accountant, he was formerly a Director in The Assurance and Business Services Division of Smith & Williamson Limited. Prior to that he was a partner at both Binder Hamlyn and Andersen. David has over 30 years’ experience advising quoted companies. He is the Senor Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is a member of the Church of England Pensions Board Audit Committee.
