ICG Enterprise Trust plc is an investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange with a diversified portfolio of private equity assets.

Its objective is to provide shareholders with long-term capital growth through investment in unquoted companies, mainly through specialist funds but also directly.

The Trust has been investing in private equity for over 30 years. It applies the skills and disciplines of direct investment in unquoted companies to the selection and management of its portfolio of funds.

Executives

Mark Fane, Chairman
Mark Fane was appointed to the Board in 2000 and was appointed as chairman of the Board in 2009. He is chairman and chief executive of Crocus.co.uk, an internet-based gardening retailer established in 1999. He is a non-executive director of the commercial arm of the Royal Horticultural Society and was also a non-executive director of Ottakar’s, a company in the portfolio of Graphite Enterprise, from 1992 until its takeover by HMV in July 2006.
Jeremy Tigue, Board Member
Jeremy Tigue was appointed to the Board in 2008. He joined F&C Management in 1981 and was the fund manager of Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust from 1997 until 2014.

He is Chairman of BACIT Limited and a non-executive director of The Mercantile Investment Trust plc, The Monks Investment Trust PLC and Standard Life Equity Income Trust PLC.
Peter Dicks, Board Member
Peter Dicks was appointed to the Board in 1998. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Senior Independent Director.

He was co-founder of Abingworth PLC, a venture capital investment company, where he worked from 1973 to 1991. Since then he has been non-executive director or chairman of a number of companies. He is currently Chairman of Private Equity Investor PLC and a non-executive director of Mears Group PLC and Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc.
Lucinda Riches, Board Member
Lucinda Riches was appointed to the Board in July 2011. She worked at UBS and its predecessor firms for 21 years until 2007 where she was a managing director, global head of Equity Capital Markets and a member of the Board of the investment bank. She is a non-executive director of UK Financial Investments Limited, The Diverse Income Trust plc and the British Standards Institution. She is a non-executive member of the Partnership Board of King & Wood Mallesons LLP and a trustee of the charity Sue Ryder.
Andy Pomfret, Board Member
Andy Pomfret was appointed to the Board in March 2011. He spent over 13 years with Kleinwort Benson as a corporate financier, venture capitalist and finance director of the investment management and private banking division. In 1999 he joined Rathbone Brothers Plc as finance director, and served as chief executive from 2004 until February 2014. He is currently a director of the Wealth Management Association, a member of the Prudential Regulatory Authority’s Practitioner Panel and a non-executive director of Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust PLC, Old Mutual Wealth Management Ltd, Interactive Investor plc, Sanne Group plc and Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc.
Sandra Pajarola, Board Member
Sandra Pajarola was appointed to the Board in March 2013. She worked for 13 years at Partners Group until 2012. Partners Group is an investment management firm listed in Switzerland with over €27 billion under management in private equity and other private assets. She was a member of the Global Investment Committee which was responsible for commitments to more than 500 private equity funds
Emma Osborne, Director
Emma joined Graphite Capital in 2004 and led the team move to ICG in 2016. Emma is Head of Private Equity Fund Investments. Previously she worked for Merrill Lynch's private equity fund-of-funds team. 



She has direct equity and mezzanine investing experience from Morgan Grenfell Private Equity and Royal Bank of Scotland respectively. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and holds a first class degree in Economics and Politics from Bristol University
Kane Bayliss, Director
Kane joined Graphite Capital’s direct investment team in 2007 before moving to the fund investment team in 2014, moving to ICG in 2016. He was previously at Terra Firma Capital Partners and has worked on a broad spectrum of transactions, including in the industrials and energy sectors.

Kane qualified as a commercial lawyer with Allen Allen & Hemsley in Australia before working as an investment banker in Merrill Lynch’s M&A teams in Sydney and London. He has a first class degree in Law from Bond University, Australia, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Fiona Bell, Associate Director
Fiona joined Graphite Capital in 2009 as an investment manager in the fund investment team, moving to ICG in 2016.

Fiona started her career at KPMG in the media and private equity groups before joining JPMorgan Cazenove, where she worked as a corporate broker and mergers & acquisitions advisor in the industrials sector. Fiona qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and holds a degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University.
Colm Walsh, Associate Director
Colm joined Graphite Capital in 2010, initially as a Senior Financial Controller before assuming his current role in the investment trust and moving to ICG in 2016. Previously he had spent three years with Terra Firma Capital Partners as a finance executive and prior to that worked for the financial services audit group at Deloitte.

Colm is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder. He has a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Michael Pote, Associate Director
Michael joined Graphite Capital in 2012 and moved with the team in 2016 to ICG.
Previously he worked at Apax Partners with responsibility for group finance. Michael is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Economics from Bristol University.
