Robert Lister, Independent Non-Executive Director
Robert Lister was appointed to the Board on 1 March 2012. He is currently a non-executive director of Investec Wealth and Investment, having joined the board of Rensburg Sheppards PLC in 2008. He began his career at Barclays de Zoete Wedd in 1983 in equity research and he became head of European equities. In 1998 he joined Dresdner Kleinwort and ran equity research and sales before becoming joint-head of equities.
James G. West, Independent Non-Executive Director
James G. West joined the Board in 2002. Formerly Chief Executive of Lazard Asset Management and a Managing Director of Lazard Brothers. Chairman of Gartmore Fledgling Trust plc, New City High Yield Fund Limited and Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust plc.
