Plaza Centers N.V. conducts its activities in the field of establishing, operating and selling of shopping and entertainment centers, as well as other mixed-use projects (retail, office, residential) in Central and Eastern Europe, and India. Founded by Mr. Mordechay Zisser in 1996, the company is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

- Mr. Mordechay Zisser , Founder and Executive Director
- Mr Zisser is the founder and executive director of the Europe Israel Group of companies, of which Plaza Centers is a member. During more than 25 years' active involvement in some of the world's most prestigious real estate developments, he has led successful projects in Israel, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), South Africa and India. Mr Zisser was appointed as Executive Director of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 17, 2006 and reappointed in 2008 for an additional three years. Mr. Zisser also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from August 17, 2006 until November 22, 2011.
- Mr. Ran Shtarkman , President and Chief Executive Officer
- Mr Shtarkman joined Plaza Centers in 2002, becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2004 and CEO in September 2006. He was additionally appointed as Executive Director on October 12, 2006 (and reappointed in 2008 for an additional three years) and as President in 2007. Previous roles include CFO of SPL Software Ltd., Finance and Administration Manager for Continental Airlines' Israerli operations and Controller of Natour Ltd.
- Mr. Roy Linden, Chief Financial Officer
- Roy Linden joined Plaza Centers in November 2006 and acts as the Group's CFO. Prior to joining the Company, he spent nearly four years at KPMG in Hungary, acting as Manager in the real estate desk, specializing in auditing, business advisory, local and international taxation for companies operating throughout the CEE region. He also spent three years at Ernst and Young in Israel, as a senior member of an audit team specialized in high-tech companies.
