It comprises the origination, sales, and trading of capital markets products including debt, equity, and other securities, together with corporate advisory, corporate lending, and transaction banking businesses. The Private Clients and Asset Management (PCAM) division is subdivided into Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) and Private & Business Clients (PBC). Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) provides retail clients with mutual fund products. It offers institutional clients, including pension funds and insurance companies, a broad range of services from traditional to alternative investment products. It provides high net worth clients with a fully-integrated wealth management service, including inheritance planning and philanthropic advisory services. Private & Business Clients (PBC) provides a full range of traditional banking products, including current accounts, deposits and loans, investment management, and pension products to private and self-employed individuals, and small to medium-sized businesses. The Corporate Investments (CI) division manages the global principal investment activities. They comprise credit exposures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate real estate investments, industrial holdings, and other non-strategic investments.
