The Mortgage Servicing segment services mortgage loans originated by PHH Mortgage, purchases mortgage servicing rights and acts as a subservicer for certain clients that own the underlying servicing rights. The Fleet Management Services segment provides fleet leasing services and additional services and products, including fleet management, maintenance services, accident management services and fuel card programs. The company was founded by Duane Peterson, Harley Howell and Richard Heather in 1946 and is headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ.
