The Senior Living Communities segment offers housing and 24-hour assistance with activities of daily life to mid-acuity, frail and elderly residents. It also operates memory care services specially designed for residents with Alzheimer's disease and progressive dementia. The Support Services segment provides billing, coding and other revenue cycling management services to University General Hospital and University General Hospital Dallas, as well as other clients not affiliated with company. Its food and support services group provides a number of interrelated services, including food, hospitality and facility services for businesses and healthcare facilities. University General Health System was founded by Hassan Chahadeh in 2005 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
