The RTMS segment is the company's radar product line. The CitySync segment is a privately-held developer and marketer of automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) products. Image Sensing Systems was founded by Panos G. Michalopoulos on December 20, 1984 and is headquartered in St. Paul, MN.
