The Industrial segment is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of bulk warehouses and office and service centers. Its properties are located in California, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia, and the customer base is diverse. The company also manages centers for joint ventures in which the company is a partner or for other outside owners for which it charges fees.
