The International segment consists of the company-owned store locations in Canada and Mexico, which is expanding its rent-to-own operations. The ColorTyme segment is a national franchisor of rent-to-own stores that use ColorTyme's trade names, service marks, trademarks and logos, and operate under distinctive operating procedures and standards.
