The North Florida segment includes all of Florida north of Palm Beach County. The Southeast segment includes Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The Northeast segment includes Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York. The West Coast segment includes California and Arizona. The Other/Non-retail segment comprises of its non-retail assets. The company was founded by Chaim Katzman on June 15, 1992 and is headquartered in North Miami Beach, FL.
