Old National Bancorp is a financial holding company, which provides its clients an array of financial services, including loan, deposit, wealth management, investment consulting, investment and insurance products. Its principal subsidiaries include Old National Bank, ONB Insurance Group, Inc., and American National Trust & Investment Management Corp. The company operates its business through two segments: Community Banking and Treasury. The Community Banking segment operates through Old National Bank, and has traditionally been the most significant contributor to revenue and earnings. The Treasury segment manages investments, wholesale funding, interest rate risk, liquidity and leverage for Old National. It also provides capital markets products, including interest rate derivatives, foreign exchange and industrial revenue bond financing for commercial clients. The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Evansville, IN.
