The TRS-RenTelco segment rents and sells electronic test equipment nationally and internationally from two facilities located in Grapevine, Texas and Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Canada. The Adler Tank segment rental inventory is comprised of tanks and boxes used for various containment solutions to store hazardous and non-hazardous liquids and solids in applications such as: oil and gas exploration and field services, refinery, chemical and industrial plant maintenance, environmental remediation and field services, infrastructure building construction, marine services, pipeline construction and maintenance, tank terminals services, wastewater treatment, and waste management and landfill services. The Enviroplex segment manufactures modular buildings for both public and private schools throughout California. Enviroplex manufactures a broad variety of building types, including classroom, library, restroom, childcare and administrative. The company was founded by Robert P. McGrath in 1979 and is headquartered in Livermore, CA.
