The Commercial Charter segment provides full planeload cargo and passenger capacity to customers for one or more flights based on a specific origin and destination. Charter customers pay a fixed charter fee that includes fuel, insurance, landing fees, overfly and all other operational fees and costs. The Commercial Charter business is generally booked on a short-term, as-needed, basis. The Dry Leasing segment provides for the leasing of aircraft and/or engines to customers primarily through Titan. The company was founded by Michael Chowdry in 1993 and is headquartered in Purchase, NY.
