The Carlisle Brake & Friction segment is a solutions provider for high performance and severe duty brake, clutch and transmission applications to original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers in the mining, construction, military, agricultural, motorsports, industrial, and aerospace markets. The Carlisle FoodService Products segment manufactures and markets professional-grade product solutions for the restaurant, healthcare, and janitorial segments. The company was founded by Charles S. Moomy in 1917 and is headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
