The company provides management, leasing and real estate development services through two companies: PREIT Services LLC, which develops and manages properties that is consolidate for financial reporting purposes and PREIT-RUBIN, Inc., which develops and manages properties that it do not consolidate for financial reporting purposes, including properties owned by partnerships in which it owns an interest and properties that are owned by third parties in which do not have an interest. Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust was founded in 1960 and is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.
