The Mid-Stream segment operates through the subsidiary, Superior Pipeline Co. LLC, which buys, sells, gathers, and processes and treats natural gas for third parties. Its operations are principally located in the Mid-Continent region, including the Anadarko, Arkoma, Permian, Rocky Mountains and Gulf Coast Basins. The company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Tulsa, OK.
