The Finance and Accounting segment provides services in taxation, budget preparation and analysis, mortgage and loan processing, financial reporting, cost analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, professional administrative, credit and collections, general accounting, audit services, and systems and controls analysis. The Clinical Research segment engages in the business of providing functional outsourcing solutions for clinical research site monitoring as well as contingent contract staffing. The Health Information Management segment provides acute care facilities, physician clinics, software providers and insurance companies. It also provides services in areas such as medical coding, the revenue life cycle and health information technology. The Federal Government segment provides finance, accounting and technical professionals to the federal government primarily as a contractor. Kforce was founded by David L. Dunkel, Richard M. Cocchiaro and Howard W. Sutter in August 1994 and is headquartered in Tampa, FL.
