Global Partners LP is engaged in the storage, distribution and marketing of gasoline, distillates and residual oil to wholesalers, retailers and commercial customers throughout the Northeast. Global Partners operates its business through two reportable segments: Wholesale and Commercial. The Wholesale segment sells gasoline, home heating oil, diesel, kerosene and residual oil to unbranded and Mobil branded retail gasoline stations and other resellers of transportation fuels, home heating oil retailers and wholesale distributors. The Commercial segment includes sales and deliveries of unbranded gasoline, home heating oil, diesel, kerosene, residual oil and small amounts of natural gas and renewable fuels to end user customers in the public sector and to large commercial and industrial end users. The company was founded in March 2005 and is headquartered in Waltham, MA.
