- David P. Heintzman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
- Mr. Heintzman holds an accounting degree, and prior to joining the Bank, worked as a certified public accountant for an international accounting firm. He joined the Bank in 1985 and has served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and President. In January 2005 he assumed the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Heintzman has been instrumental in the Bank’s growth strategies and profitable execution over the last 25 years. His commitment to ethical standards sets the example for the Bank and its employees.
- James A. (Ja) Hillebrand, President
- Mr. Hillebrand joined Stock Yards Bank in 1996 as director and developer of the private banking group. Prior to joining the Bank, he was with a regional bank and a community bank where he specialized in private banking. He has directed the expansion of the Bank into the Indianapolis and Cincinnati markets and was named President in 2008.
- Kathy C. Thompson, Senior Executive Vice President
- Ms. Thompson joined the Bank in 1992 as manager of the Investment Management and Trust Department, at which time the Trust Department had $200 million in assets under management. Under her leadership, the department has grown to $1.7 billion in assets under management and is one of the most profitable independent trust companies in the country. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Thompson practiced estate planning law and worked in a regional bank’s trust department where she specialized in investment management and estate and personal financial planning.
- Nancy B. Davis, EVP, Secretary, Treasurer and CFO
- Ms. Davis was appointed Executive Vice President of Bancorp and the Bank in 1999. Prior thereto, she was Senior Vice President of Bancorp and the Bank. She was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Bancorp in 1993.
- William M. Dishman III, Executive Vice President
- Mr. Dishman joined Stock Yards Bank & Trust in 2009 as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and oversees compliance, credit administration, loan operations and managed assets.
- Gregory A. Hoeck, Executive Vice President
- Mr. Hoeck joined the Bank as Executive Vice President in 1998. He is primarily responsible for the retail and marketing areas of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Hoeck was an Executive Vice President for PNC Bank and the Retail Market Manager for the Kentucky and Indiana markets.
- Philip S. Poindexter, Executive Vice President
- Mr. Poindexter joined Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company in 2004 as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer. He is responsible for commercial lending, private banking, business banking, treasury management, international, and correspondent banking.
- Clay Stinnett, Executive Vice President
- Mr. Stinnett was appointed Executive Vice President of S.Y. Bancorp and Stock Yards Bank & Trust in 2011. Prior thereto, he was Senior Vice President of the Bank. He was appointed Chief Strategic Officer in 2005. Mr. Stinnett joined the Bank in 2000 and prior to joining the Bank was an audit manager with KPMG, LLP.
