Pembina Pipeline Corp. is a transportation and midstream services company. Pembina owns and operates pipelines that transport various hydrocarbon liquids, including conventional and synthetic crude oil, heavy oil and oil sands products, condensate and natural gas liquids produced in western Canada. The Company also owns and operates gas gathering and processing facilities and an oil and natural gas liquids infrastructure and logistics business. The company operates through four business segments: Conventional Pipelines, Oil Sands & Heavy Oil, Midstream, and Gas Services. The Conventional Pipelines segment comprises of tariff based operations of pipelines and related facilities to deliver crude oil, condensate and natural gas liquids. The Oil Sands & Heavy Oil segment consists of the syncrude, horizon, nipisi and mitsue pipelines, and the cheecham lateral, which pipelines and related facilities deliver synthetic crude oil. The Midstream segment engages in the storage operation, its direct interests in terminalling and storage hub services under a mixture of short, medium and long-term contractual arrangements. The Gas Services segment involves in the natural gas gathering and processing facilities. Pembina Pipeline was founded on September 29, 1954 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.

Robert (Bob) Michaleski, Chief Executive Officer
Bob has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pembina Pipeline Corporation since January 2000, and prior to February 15, 2012 was also President of Pembina since 2000. Under his leadership, Pembina has successfully pursued a business strategy focused on prudent financial management, reliable service and responsible growth. Mr. Michaleski was initially appointed Controller of Pembina in January of 1980 and Vice-President, Finance in September of 1992. In connection with the Corporation's initial public offering in October 1997, he was named Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Pembina. Mr. Michaleski holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree from the University of Manitoba and received his Chartered Accountant Designation in 1978. He is also currently a director of one private company. A proud supporter of the community, Bob is providing his leadership to United Way of Calgary and Area. He has served as co-chair of the General Oil and Gas Division since 2010. Bob is a Director on Pembina's Board and an Officer of Pembina Pipeline Corporation.
Michael (Mick) Dilger, President and Chief Operating Officer
Mick was appointed Chief Operating Officer in November 2008 and President in February 2012. He oversees the operation and development of Pembina's four business units, ensuring we deliver safe and environmentally responsible performance that generates value for both our customers and our investors. Prior to his current appointment, Mick served as Pembina's Vice President, Business Development between 2005 and 2008. Previous to Pembina, Mick worked as a senior executive in various finance and business development positions in oil and gas and infrastructure organizations ranging from initial capitalization phase enterprises to the subsidiaries of multi-national corporations, including Nova Corporation and TransCanada PipeLines Ltd. His expertise includes corporate and strategic development, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as finance and business development. Mick has been a chartered accountant since 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary. He is Past President of the Calgary Speed Skating Association, a not-for-profit organization that he has served since 2007. Mick also serves as a Director of Trilogy Energy, where he is Chairman of the Health, Safety & Environment Committee. Mick is an Officer of Pembina Pipeline Corporation.
Peter Robertson, Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Peter was appointed Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer in January 2000. Prior to his current appointment, Peter served as Controller from 1991 to 2000 and Manager of Accounting for Peace Pipe Line (prior to its acquisition by Pembina in 1991). He also held a series of increasingly responsible finance-related positions with several oil and gas and utility businesses. Since Pembina's initial public offering in 1997, Peter has led the financing of all of the company's acquisitions and expansion projects through the debt and equity markets, while maintaining a healthy balance sheet that ensures readiness for future growth. Peter has been a chartered accountant since 1975 and is a member of the Scottish and Alberta Institutes. Peter is an Officer of Pembina Pipeline Corporation.
Harold (Harry) K. Andersen, Vice President, Legal & General Counsel
Harry oversees Pembina's Legal and Land, Regulatory and Aborginal Relations departments and has extensive experience in major merger and acquisition transactions, project development, joint ventures, financings, reorganizations and restructurings. He has considerable experience in most aspects of the energy industry, including: petroleum, natural gas and other product pipelines and related storage and terminalling facilities. Harry is also experienced in matters related to natural gas storage, processing and other upstream and midstream facilities, traditional and wind power projects and greenhouse gas credits. Harry received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Calgary.
Debbie Sulkers, Vice President, Corporate Services
Debbie joined Pembina in June 2011 as Vice President, Corporate Services. She leads the Human Resources, Office Services and Communications and Public Affairs teams in aligning human resource strategies with Pembina's business strategy, and in implementing critical initiatives that support the company's continued business activities, culture and values. As Pembina continues to work to recruit and retain the best in the business, Debbie will champion and lead strategic planning to best support Pembina's growth in leadership and organizational development, performance and talent management, employee relations, recruitment and succession planning. Debbie came to Pembina with over 30 years of varied experience in human resources, which includes 12 years of executive responsibility. She has developed exceptional leadership skills through 20 years of building and developing strong teams.
Claudia D'Orazio, Vice President & Treasurer
Claudia is responsible for Pembina's treasury and cash management, risk management (including hedging, market and credit risk), insurance and purchasing functions, as well as business integration.
