Its services are handled in both a traditional, price-disclosed retail manner, as well as through a proprietary demand-collection system known as Name Your Own Price. Priceline.com provides online travel services throughout Europe, North America, South America, the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and Africa. The Booking.com brand is an international online hotel reservation service, which offers its customers access to thousands of hotels worldwide. The Priceline.com brand gives leisure-travelers multiple ways to save on their airline tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, vacation packages, and cruises. The Agoda.com brand is an Asia-based online hotel reservation service, which also offers access to hotel rooms around the world. The company was founded on July 18, 1997 by Jay Scott Walker and is headquartered in Norwalk, CT.
