Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ:MSEX) is a water utility company established in 1897. The Company owns and operates regulated water utility and wastewater systems in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Middlesex also operates water and wastewater systems under contract on behalf of municipal and private clients in New Jersey and Delaware. It operates in two segments: Regulated and Non-Regulated. The Regulated segment consists of collecting, treating and distributing water on a retail and wholesale basis to residential, commercial, industrial and fire protection customers in parts of New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. This segment also includes regulated wastewater systems in New Jersey and Delaware. The Non-Regulated segment consists of non-regulated contract services for the operation and maintenance of municipal and private water and wastewater systems in New Jersey and Delaware. The company’s suite of customer solutions includes: Water Production, Treatment and Distribution, Wastewater Collection and Treatment, Ownership and Operation of Utilities, Plant Construction, Operations and Maintenance, Water and Wastewater Contract Operations, Public/Private Partnerships and Utility Billing and Collections.

Executives
Dennis W. Doll, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Doll has more than 25 years of experience in both regulated and non-regulated water utility management. He joined the Company in November 2004 as Executive Vice President and was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Middlesex and named a Director of Middlesex effective January 1, 2006. In May 2010, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Middlesex and serves as Chairman of all subsidiary companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Upsala College. Mr. Doll serves as a volunteer Director on several non-profit Boards including the New Jersey Utilities Association, the National Association of Water Companies, the Water Research Foundation and Raritan Bay Medical Center.
A. Bruce O'Connor, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. O’Connor, a Certified Public Accountant, has more than 20 years experience in corporate, public and utility accounting. He joined the Company in 1990 and was elected Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1996. He is responsible for financial reporting, customer service, rate cases, cash management and financings. Mr. O’Connor has a degree in Accounting and an M.B.A in Finance. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the NJ State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Water Companies and the New Jersey Utilities Association.
Richard M. Risoldi, Vice President Operations and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Risoldi has over 30 years experience in water and wastewater treatment, distribution and collection, water quality analysis, operations and maintenance, financial modeling and technology implementations. He joined the Company in 1989 as Director of Production and held positions of increasing responsibility before being named Vice President – Operations and Chief Operating Officer in January 2010. Mr. Risoldi oversees all departments responsible for water and wastewater treatment and production, engineering, construction, distribution, collection and information technology. He earned his B.S. Degree in Biology from Rutgers University and holds professional licenses in water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection in NJ. He is a member of the American Water Works Association National and NJ Section, the New Jersey Utilities Association and the Water Environment Federation.
Kenneth J. Quinn, Vice President General Counsel, Secretary & Treasurer
Mr. Quinn has more than a decade of experience in utilities law. He joined the Company in 2002 as General Counsel and was elected Assistant Secretary in 2003. In 2004, he was named Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer for Middlesex. Mr. Quinn is responsible for all legal matters, corporate governance and risk management. Before joining the Company he had been employed in private law practice and with two major New Jersey banking institutions. Mr. Quinn holds a B.S. from St. Peter’s College and a J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School. He is licensed in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Public Utility Law Section. His affiliations include the National Association of Water Companies and Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
Bernadette Sohler, Vice President Corporate Affairs
Ms. Sohler has more than 20 years experience in providing strategic communications counsel in the utilities and financial sectors. She joined the Company in 1994, was named Director of Communications in 2003 and Vice President-Corporate Affairs in 2007. She oversees corporate communications and investor relations, customer education, government affairs and media relations, marketing, and community relations. Before joining the Company, she held marketing communications management positions in the financial services industry. Ms. Sohler has a B.A. from Seton Hall University and a M.A. in Public Communications from Fordham University. She is Chair of the New Jersey Utilities Association’s Communications Committee, a 2007 Leadership NJ Fellow, and serves in a leadership capacity on numerous industry and community boards.
Lorrie B. Ginegaw, Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Ginegaw has more than a decade of experience in human resource management. She joined Tidewater Utilities, a Middlesex Water affiliate in 2004. In May 2007, Ms. Ginegaw was promoted to Director of Human Resources for Middlesex and effective March 1, 2012, Ms. Ginegaw was appointed Vice President-Human Resources. Ms. Ginegaw is responsible for all Human Resources throughout the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Ginegaw worked in human resources positions in the healthcare and transportation/logistics industries. She earned a B.A. from Wichita State University and a M.B.A. from Wilmington University. She serves as Chair of the New Jersey Utilities Association’s Human Resources Committee and is a member of the Middlesex County Workforce Investment Board.
Gerald L. Esposito, President, Tidewater Utilities, Inc.
Mr. Esposito has over twenty years experience in resource management planning, program administration and regulatory affairs. He joined Tidewater, a Middlesex Water affiliate, in 1998 as Executive Vice President and was elected President of Tidewater in 2003. Prior to joining the Company, he worked in various executive positions including as Director, Division of Water Resources for the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control. Esposito holds a M.S. from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University. He is a member of various professional organizations and serves on numerous community and economic development boards.
