- Julian Kemp is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of management and financial experience. Prior to Fortune, he worked with St. Andrew Goldfields, William Resources, Hillsborough Resources and Canadian Mine Development.
- Mike A. Romaniuk, B.A. Sc., P. Eng, Vice President, Operations
- Mike Romaniuk has extensive global engineering, mining, mineral processing and smelting operations, and construction experience gained from more than 25 years in the sector primarily with Xstrata Nickel and Falconbridge. His career included senior positions in charge of Sudbury’s integrated operations, the Koniambo ferronickel project as well as the development of other mines and facilities in the Falconbridge group.

- Rick Schryer is an aquatic scientist with more than 23 years of experience in mine permitting, environmental assessments, environmental studies and monitoring. Prior to Fortune, he worked with Golder Associates.

- Adam Jean is a Chartered Accountant with 11 years of experience in management, accounting, audit, and risk advisory services. Prior to Fortune, he was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP.
