Bonterra Energy Corp. is a high-yield, dividend paying oil and gas company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. Bonterra has paid a monthly dividend (formerly a distribution) since inception and intends to pay approximately 50 to 65 percent of funds flow to investors.

The Company's asset base consists of stable, producing properties across Western Canada with large amounts of remaining oil still in place, a long reserve life and low risk, predictable returns. Executives

George F. Fink, B. Comm., C.A., Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
In 1998, Mr. Fink founded Bonterra Energy Corp. and currently holds the position Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC) and has formerly served on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Mr. Fink's career spans 40 years, primarily in the oil and gas industry. After articling with Ernst & Young and obtaining the Chartered Accountant designation, Mr. Fink worked for Shaw Pipe Industries, Ranger Oil and Comstate Resources before starting Bonterra Corporation (a spinoff from Comstate).

Mr. Fink holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
Robb D. Thompson, B. Comm. (Honors), C.A., Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Thompson joined Bonterra in February of 2011 as Vice President, Finance and now holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. In addition to the above, he is also engaged part-time as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Pine Cliff Energy Ltd. Prior thereto, from February 2008 to October 2010, Mr. Thompson was the Chief Financial Officer of Sonde Resources Corp., a public oil and gas company and held the same position from January 2007 to January 2008 at Berkana Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company. From September 2000 to December 2006, Mr. Thompson was the Chief Executive Officer of Dynetek Industries Ltd., a public alternative energy company.
Brad A. Curtis, B. Comm., B.Sc., P.Geo, Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Curtis joined Bonterra Energy in 2005 and is currently Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Curtis is responsible for strategic planning, identification and execution of acquisitions, as well as corporate geophysical and geological activities. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary. Mr. Curtis is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
Adrian Neumann, B. Sc., P. Eng., Chief Operating Officer
Adrian Neumann joined Bonterra Energy in June 2012 as Vice President, Engineering and Operations and oversees all aspects of Bonterra's operating activities including capital execution and field operations. Mr. Nuemann is a professional engineer with over 15 years of oil and gas experience in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin with a broad operational background including completion, production, facility and development engineering. Prior to joining Bonterra, he was Lead Project Manager at Nexen and has previously held positions of increased responsibility for major oil and gas companies. Mr. Neumann holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
