Senior Plc manufactures and markets technology components for the aerospace, defense, land vehicle, and energy markets. It operates through two divisions: Aerospace and Flexonics. The Aerospace division manufactures flexible and rigid stainless steel, titanium and composite ducting, structural parts, edge-welded bellows, hot engine components, rings, flanges, and cryogenic valves. The Flexonics division manufactures thin-walled, flexible, stainless steel exhaust connectors, decouplers, exhaust gas recirculating tubes generally for exhaust applications in passenger cars. The company was founded on December 18, 1933 and is headquartered in Rickmansworth, the United Kingdom.
