Entrée Gold Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the worldwide discovery and development of copper and gold prospects. The Company has three key copper porphyry deposits: the Hugo North Extension and the Heruga deposits in Mongolia and the Ann Mason deposit in Nevada. Sandstorm Gold, Rio Tinto and Turquoise Hill are major shareholders of Entrée holding approximately 12%, 11% and 9% of issued and outstanding shares, respectively.

Executives

Stephen Scott, Interim Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Scott was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer on November 16, 2015. Mr. Scott has more than 25 years global experience in all mining industry sectors. Prior to joining Entrée Gold, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Minenet Advisors, a capital markets and management advisory consultancy providing a broad range of advice and services to clients relating to planning and execution of capital markets transactions, strategic planning, generation and acquisition of projects, and business restructuring. Between 2000 and 2014, he held various global executive positions with Rio Tinto and currently serves on the board of directors for a number of public and private mining companies.
The Rt Honourable Lord Howard of Lympne, Chairman and Director
The Rt. Honourable Lord Howard of Lympne has been a director of the Company since May 16, 2007 and was appointed non-executive Chairman on June 27, 2013.

Lord Howard is the former leader of the Conservative Party in Britain, a distinguished lawyer, and served as a Member of Parliament in Britain for 27 years. He filled many government posts, including Home Secretary, Secretary of State for Employment and Secretary of State for the Environment, as well as Shadow Foreign Secretary and Shadow Chancellor. After his retirement from the House of Commons at the 2010 General Election, Lord Howard was created a Life Peer. He was created a Companion of Honour in the Queen's Birthday Honours List, 2011. Lord Howard was awarded the Altan Gadas (Order of the Polar Star) in January 2013, the highest honour that can be bestowed on a non-citizen of Mongolia.
James L. Harris, Deputy Chairman and Director
Mr. Harris has been a director of Entrée Gold Inc. since January 29, 2003 and was appointed non-executive Deputy Chairman on June 27, 2013. Prior to this position, Mr. Harris was the non-executive Chairman since March 15, 2006.

Mr. Harris is a corporate, securities and business lawyer with over 25 years' experience in British Columbia and internationally. He has extensive experience with the acquisition and disposition of assets, corporate structuring and restructuring, regulatory requirements and corporate filings, and corporate governance. Clients have included public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board and NASDAQ. Involved in a number of professional and community activities, Mr. Harris has been an instructor at the Professional Legal Training Course for articling students sponsored by the Law Society of British Columbia on the subject of corporate and securities law. Mr. Harris was also a Founding Member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Mr. Harris has completed the Directors' Education Program of the Institute of Corporate Directors and is an Institute-certified Director. In addition, Mr. Harris has also completed a graduate course in business at the London School of Economics.
Duane Lo, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lo joined Entrée as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2016. Mr. Lo has over 17 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including 13 years in the financing, management and administration of mining operations and development projects in Brazil, Africa and other jurisdictions. He was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Luna Gold Corp. and Corporate Controller for First Quantum Minerals Ltd. Mr. Lo was also employed at Deloitte in the assurance and advisory practice. He holds a Canadian Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Susan McLeod, Vice President Legal Affairs
Ms. McLeod joined the Company as Vice President, Legal Affairs on September 22, 2010. Ms. McLeod has been practicing law in Vancouver, Canada since 1997. She has worked as outside counsel to public companies engaged in international mineral exploration and mining. She has advised clients with respect to corporate finance activities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters, and mining-related commercial agreements. Ms. McLeod holds a B.Sc. and an LLB from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
Robert Cinits, Vice President, Corporate Development
Mr. Cinits joined Entrée in July 2011 and was appointed Vice President, Corporate Development in January 2014.

Mr. Cinits has worked in the mineral exploration industry for the past 28 years and has held a variety of positions with junior mining companies and consulting groups. Most recently, between 2007 and 2011, Mr. Cinits was the COO of MinCore Inc., a private Toronto-based exploration company, and prior to this position, he worked for AMEC, as a Principal Geologist and Head of the Mining/Geology Group for the Lima, Peru office between 2003 and 2007. Mr. Cinits holds a B.Sc. in geology from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C.
Mark H. Bailey, Director
Mr. Bailey has been a director of Entrée Gold Inc. since June 28, 2002. Mr. Bailey is an exploration geologist with more than 35 years of industry experience. Since 1995, he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Minefinders Corporation Ltd. ("Minefinders"), a precious metals exploration and development company whose shares are listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the NYSE Amex. Minefinders operates the multi-million ounce Delores gold and silver mine in Mexico. Before joining Minefinders, Mr. Bailey held senior positions with Equinox Resources Inc. and Exxon Minerals. Since 1984, Mr. Bailey has worked as a consulting geologist with Mark H. Bailey & Associates LLC.
Alan R. Edwards, Director
Mr. Edwards became a director of Entrée Gold Inc. on March 8, 2011. Mr. Edwards is a mining professional with three decades of diverse mining industry experience. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and an MBA (Finance). Mr. Edwards was President and CEO of Copper One Inc. from December 2009 to June 2011. He previously served as President and CFO of Frontera Copper Corporation, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Apex Silver Mines Corporation, where he directed the engineering, construction and development of the San Cristobal project in Bolivia. Mr. Edwards has also worked for Kinross Gold Corporation, P.T. Freeport Indonesia, Cyprus Amax Minerals Company and Phelps Dodge Mining Company, where he began his career. (
Anna Stylianides, Director
Ms. Stylianides became a director of Entrée Gold Inc. on July 13, 2015. Ms. Stylianides has over 20 years of experience in global capital markets and has spent much of her career in investment banking, private equity, and corporate management and restructuring. She began her career in corporate law by joining the firm of Webber Wentzel Attorneys in 1990 after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 1992, she joined Investec Merchant Bank Limited where she specialized in risk management and gained extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, structuring, specialized finance and other banking and financial services transactions. She was also involved in designing and structuring of financial products for financial institutions and corporations. Ms. Styliandes is currently the Co-Chairman and CEO of Eco Oro Minerals Corp. (formerly Greystar Resources) and a director of Capfin Partners, LLC, Altius Minerals Corporation and the Fraser Institute.
