Michael S. Dell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Michael Dell is the chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Dell, the company he founded with $1000 in 1984 at the age of 19. Notably quoted as saying that “technology is about enabling human potential,” Michael’s vision of how technology should be designed, manufactured and sold forever changed the IT industry. In 1992, Michael became the youngest CEO ever to earn a ranking on the Fortune 500.

He also serves on the governing board of the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India, and is a board member of Catalyst.
Stephen J. Felice, President
Steve Felice serves as president and chief commercial officer for Dell. In this role, he leads the Dell sales and marketing teams that deliver innovative and practical technology solutions to consumers, small and medium businesses, public institutions and large enterprises worldwide.
Prior to his current role, Steve was senior vice president and president of the Consumer, Small and Medium Business group, and also led operations for Dell in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. He has also been responsible for global corporate customers based in the United States and has held various executive roles in sales and consulting services organizations.
Steve joined Dell in 1999 from DecisionOne Corp., where he served as chief executive officer and president. Under his guidance, the company became the largest independent provider of multivendor computer maintenance and technology support services in North America. Steve also worked for Bell Atlantic and served as vice president, Planning and Development, with Bell Atlantic Customer Services. He also spent five years with Shell Oil in Houston.
Steve earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Houston. He currently serves as vice-chair of St. Michael's Catholic Academy board of trustees, on the board of directors for the US-China Business Council, and is a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board.
Brian T. Gladden, Chief Financial Officer
Brian Gladden serves as senior vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) for Dell. In this role since June 2008, he is responsible for all aspects of the finance function including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and investor relations, and is also responsible for global security and facilities. Additionally, he is responsible for the IT strategy, planning and governance supporting business globally for Dell.
Before joining Dell, Brian was president and CEO of SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding BV. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years with General Electric Company (GE) in a variety of financial and management leadership roles.
Brian serves as cochair of the Tech CFO Leadership Group, which advances critical policy issues that promote U.S. competitiveness. He is also a member of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Advisory Council.
Brian earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from Millersville University in Millersville, Pa.
