The Advanced Materials segment consists of specialized copolyesters, cellulosic plastics, aftermarket window films, and PVB sheet and resins used in transportation, consumables, building and construction, durable goods, health and wellness, and electronics. The Fibers segment consists of acetate fibers used in consumables. The Specialty Fluids & Intermediates segment consists of specialty fluids and intermediate chemicals used in industrial chemicals and processing; building and construction; health and wellness; energy, fuels, and water; consumables; and agriculture. Eastman Chemical was founded by George Eastman in 1920 and is headquartered in Kingsport, TN.
