Sean M. Connolly is President and Chief Executive Officer of Conagra Brands. Sean joined Conagra Brands, formerly known as ConAgra Foods, in April 2015. Prior to joining ConAgra Foods, Sean was President and CEO of The Hillshire Brands Company from the time of its formation as an independent company in 2012 to its sale to Tyson Foods in August 2014. Prior to his Hillshire Brands leadership, Connolly was CEO for Sara Lee North American Retail and Foodservice, as well as President, Campbell Soup North America. He also managed numerous brands in the food and beverage division at Procter & Gamble. Sean has used his general management, marketing and innovation skills to improve business performance across a diverse range of food and beverage categories and channels of trade, with a focus on innovation and disciplined execution. Sean earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Vanderbilt University, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin
Colleen Batcheler, Executive VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Colleen Batcheler, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Colleen Batcheler was named executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for ConAgra Foods in 2009. In this role, Colleen oversees all legal activity for the company. Colleen joined ConAgra Foods in June 2006 as vice president and chief securities counsel, and, in September 2006, added corporate secretary responsibilities. She was then promoted to senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary in 2008. Prior to ConAgra Foods, Colleen was vice president and corporate secretary at Albertson's, Inc., associate counsel with The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and an associate with the law firm of Jones Day. Her practice has focused on securities regulation, corporate governance issues, executive compensation matters, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters. Colleen serves as a member on the Board of Trustees of The Omaha Theater Company for Young People. She earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, where she graduated Order of the Coif and served as executive notes editor of the Law Review.
David Marberger, Executive VP & Chief Financial Officer
David Marberger is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Conagra Brands. As CFO, David oversees the company's finances in entirety. He joined joined Conagra Brands, formerly known as ConAgra Foods, in August 2016. David brings more than 30 years of finance and leadership experience, including significant consumer packaged goods expertise. Prior to joining ConAgra Foods, David served as Chief Financial Officer at Prestige Brands, a provider of over-the-counter health care products with a portfolio of over 80 brands. Prior to joining Prestige Brands, Marberger served as Chief Financial Officer of Godiva Chocolatier for seven years, where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, audit, tax and IT functions in addition to overseeing the company's worldwide strategic planning process. At Godiva, Marberger was instrumental in spearheading efforts to establish the company as a stand-alone business under new ownership and delivering significant improvements in overall performance. Prior to joining Godiva, Marberger served as Chief Financial Officer at Tasty Baking Company (then NASDAQ listed) and spent 10 years at Campbell Soup Company, where he held finance roles with increasing responsibility. He began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Marberger holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.
Tom McGough, President, Consumer Foods
Tom McGough is President of Conagra Brands’ Consumer Foods business. Consumer Foods makes and sells leading branded food to retail and foodservice channels. Tom began this role in 2013 for Conagra Brands, formerly known as ConAgra Foods. As a 20-year veteran of the branded food business, Tom began his packaged foods career at H.J. Heinz in 1990. He joined ConAgra Foods in 2007 and was named President, Grocery Products, ConAgra Foods in 2011. Grocery Products is Consumer Foods' largest area of business, including many leading shelf-stable and refrigerated brands. He holds an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Brian Davidson, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development
Brian Davison is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Conagra Brands. Brian is responsible for leading M&A initiatives and strategic planning activities at the company, as well as implementing high-impact projects. Brian joined Conagra Brands, formerly known as ConAgra Foods, in August 2016. Brian joined ConAgra Foods from Flavors Holdings where he held similar responsibilities as a member of the global leadership team. Prior to this, Brian was a member of the executive team at Hillshire Brands where he led strategy and corporate development and was instrumental in helping the company revitalize big brands, launch new brands, reshape the portfolio and improve financial results. Brian also held a number of senior strategic planning roles at Kraft Foods, and was a Principal at what is now the management consulting firm Strategy&. He holds a M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Charisse Brock, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Charisse Brock is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Conagra Brands. In this role, Charisse provides human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization — specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Before this role, Charisse served as Vice President of Human Resources for Conagra Brands, formerly known as ConAgra Foods, Consumer Foods segment in 2010. Charisse joined ConAgra Foods in 2004 as Director of Human Resources supporting the Refrigerated Foods Group. During her tenure with ConAgra, Charisse has led the integration of two Consumer Foods businesses and provided HR leadership for significant business transformation and organizational change. Prior to ConAgra Foods, she worked for 15 years at The Quaker Oats Company/PepsiCo in the Consumer Foods Division. This included strategic HR roles in supply chain, recruitment and marketing. She has led teams and counseled senior executives in highly complex, matrixed organizations to achieve business objectives. Charisse holds an M.S. degree in organizational development from Loyola University, Chicago, and a B.A. in business management from DePaul University.
Derek De La Mater, President, ConAgra Foods Sales
Derek De La Mater was named president of ConAgra Foods Sales in 2014, after serving as president of Customer Development. In this role, he leads the retail sales teams, which include the sales of both branded and private branded food.

Derek and his sales teams are dedicated to understanding the needs and exceeding the expectations of our customers, as well as those of the consumers who purchase our brands. Derek joined ConAgra Foods in 1993 and has held a variety of customer-facing, sales operations and business development roles. He graduated from New York State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
