Kevin Tomlinson, Chairman and CEO
A geologist with international investment banking expertise, Mr. Tomlinson has held management positions with various mining companies, such as Medusa Mining from 2005 to 2010. As an investment banker, Mr. Tomlinson led financings, raising up to $480M, and has provided advice to mining companies around the world.
George Fowlie, Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Mr. Fowlie has 40 years' experience in corporate finance with extensive expertise in commercial banking, merchant banking, investment banking, private equity and mezzanine debt funds. Mr. Fowlie held management positions with Westwind Partners (now Stifel Nicolaus) and helped it become an international resource securities broker firm.
Kevin Kivi, Chief Geologist
Mr. Kivi is a geologist with 30 years of exploration and development mining experience throughout North and South America. Mr. Kivi has explored for diamonds, base metals, and precious metals in many parts of the world with success. He was a key person on Rio Tinto's diamond discovery team that resulted in the Diavik Diamond Mine, which helped move Canada to #3 worldwide in the value of diamond production.
Ingrid Martin, CPA, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Martin holds a Bachelor in Business Management from the École des hautes études commerciales (HEC), in Montréal, Québec. In addition to Maudore, Mrs. Martin acts as Chief Financial Officer for three other public mining exploration companies, and has extensive financial and corporate experience.
Anne Slivitzky, Interim COO
Ms. Slivitzky is a geologist and from 1998 to 2004 was CEO of Maude Lake Exploration, which developed Maudore's Comtois project. She was President of the Quebec Mineral Exploration Association from 2000-2002. Since 2004, Ms. Slivitzky has been working as consultant for mining governmental agencies in Central and South America.
Deborah Thompson, Director, Investor & Media Relations
Ms. Thompson has a finance and journalism background, and also completed the Ivey Business School's Investor Relations Program. She is the former Canadian Bureau Chief for Knight Ridder Financial News (now Dow), and is a former journalist at the Globe and Mail and Financial Post. She has both buy- and sell-side experience in the Canadian financial services sector.
