The business and general aviation (B&GA) market accounts for around two thirds of BBA Aviation's revenue, commercial aviation around one quarter of revenue, with the remainder coming from the military market.
Our Flight Support division provides specialist on-airport support services to the owners and operators of business and commercial aircraft. Our Aftermarket Services and Systems division services and supports engines and aerospace components, sub-systems and systems.

Executives

Michael Harper, Chairman
Appointed to the Board as a non-executive director in February 2005 and became Non-Executive Chairman in June 2007. Michael is an engineer by training and has a wealth of experience gained as a director of Williams plc where on the demerger in 2000 he became Chief Executive of Kidde plc. He is Chairman of Ricardo plc and is a non-executive director of QinetiQ Group plc and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
Simon Pryce, Group Chief Executive
Simon was appointed to the Board in June 2007. He is a chartered accountant and was previously with GKN plc for nine years in a variety of roles, most recently as Chief Executive of GKN's Diversified Businesses Group. Prior to joining GKN he held several senior positions at JP Morgan and Lazards in London and New York.
Mark Hoad, Group Finance Director
Mark joined BBA Aviation in May 2005 from RMC Group plc where he had worked since 1996 in a number of finance roles both domestically and overseas. This included periods in Germany, Croatia and latterly Australia, where he was Chief Financial Officer of ASX-listed company Adelaide Brighton. He was appointed Group Finance Director in April 2010. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
