Jeremiah Fleming, Chief Executive Officer
Jeremiah Fleming, AltiGen's Chief Executive Officer has been with AltiGen since April 2007. Mr. Fleming has 25+ years of experience in the software and communications industries, primarily with smaller fast growing companies, and has a strong background in sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining AltiGen, Mr. Fleming was at Interactive Intelligence, Inc. where he served in an executive management capacity for the past ten years, including international responsibilities, culminating in his role as president of the Vonexus subsidiary launched in 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Fleming spent five years at Software Artistry in various management positions, including Vice President, Domestic Sales, and 5 years at Computer Associates in various sales and sales management capacities. Mr. Fleming holds both B.A and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Missouri.
Philip M. McDermott, Chief Financial Officer
Philip M. McDermott, AltiGen's Chief Financial Officer, has served AltiGen in this capacity for ten+ years. His long time experience in the communications industry includes positions at 3Com Corp. where he served as Director of Finance America Sales from 1995 to June 1999. Mr. McDermott has also held the position of VP of Finance, Operations, and Administration for Chipcom Corp. Prior to Chipcom, Mr. McDermott served as CFO for four years at David Systems Inc. and has also held executive positions with Prentice Corp. and Northern Telecom. He received certified Management Account accreditation from the Society of Management Accounting in Montreal, Canada.
