- Eduard Zehetner holds a doctorate in economics and has many years of experience in management and management board positions. Among others, he served as CFO of Connect Austria/ONE (1997 to 2000), CEO of Jet2Web Internet Services (2000 to 2001) and CFO of RHI AG (2001 to 2007). Since February 2009, he has been CEO of IMMOFINANZ Group, one of the leading listed real estate companies in Europe. Zehetner is responsible for Asset Management in the Office and Retail Segments as well as Development Commercial, Corporate Communications, Legal and Corporate Finance & Investor Relations. This Austrian turnaround expert was voted CFO of the Year by his CFO colleagues in 2006 and 2010.
- Birgit Noggler, CFO of IMMOFINANZ Group
- Birgit Noggler has a master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Corporate Accounting / Auditing and Financial Law. Moreover, she is a certified Tax Consultant. Birgit Noggler has many years’ experience in Accounting and continually enlarged her expertise, amongst others as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and in the Consolidation Department of Raiffeisen Leasing Inc. From November 2008 to September 2011 Birgit Noggler was Head of the Finance Department of the IMMOFINANZ Group and has been instrumental in the introduction of new planning and consolidation solution. Since October 2011, she is the company's CFO and is responsible for Finance & Accounting, Real Estate Finance, Internal Audit & Control / Program Management, Procurement, Group Controlling and Central Control.
- Manfred Wiltschnigg, COO of IMMOFINANZ Group
- Manfred Wiltschnigg is a graduate in business administration and professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors MRICS. He has worked in the real estate industry for many years and, amongst others, gained his in-depth real estate expertise in senior positions at Generali Immobilien, Oppenheim Real Estate and the IVG. Since 2010, Manfred Wiltschnigg is COO of IMMOFINANZ AG, Austria’s leading property investment and development corporation operating across Western and Eastern Europe. There, he is in charge of Asset Management (for the divisions Logistics and Hotel / Special Properties), Transactions and Portfolio Strategy.

- Daniel Riedl is a graduate in business administration and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors FRICS. He has worked in the real estate industry for many years and, amongst others, gained his in-depth real estate expertise as managing director of the Austrian BUWOG-Group, ESG Wohnbaugesellschaft and as executive board member of IMMOEAST AG. Since 2008, Daniel Riedl is COO of IMMOFINANZ AG, one of the leading listed property companies in Europe. He is in charge of Residential in Eastern and Western Europe (including asset management, transactions and development), Human Resources, Marketing and IT.
