Its segments include Industrial Pumps, Modular Equipment and Engineering, Procurement and Construction. The Industrial Pumps segment designs, engineers, manufactures, delivers and installs industrial pumps and related products for the use primarily in the oil and gas, power generation, water utility sectors and its applications in other sectors. Its products include ready-made pumps built to standard specifications, customized pumps and pump equipment and integrated pump systems. The Modular Equipment segment designs, engineers, manufactures, and installs pump stations, metering equipment, oil, gas and water processing and preparation units and other equipment and systems, which primarily use in oil extraction, transportation and water utility sector. Its products include equipment packages and its systems installed inside a self-contained, free-standing structure, which can be transported on trailers and delivers to its customers. The Modular Equipment segment also provides aftermarket sales, maintenance, repair services and other support to its products. The Engineering, Procurement and Construction segment designs, engineers, constructs and manages projects of oil and gas, oil transportation and water utility sectors. It operates in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. The company was founded by Artem Vladimirovich Molchanov, Kirill Vladimirovich Molchanov and German Alekseevich Tsoy in 1993 and is headquartered in Moscow, Russia.
